Where do you ship?

We ship all products within the United States.

We offer international shipping on select items only. If international shipping is available for a product, the available shipping options will appear at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated by order total and destination.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States:

  • Orders $0 to $25: $5 standard shipping
  • Orders $25.01 to $50: $6.50 standard shipping
  • Orders $50.01 to $100: $8.50 standard shipping
  • Orders $100.01 to $174.99: $12.50 standard shipping
  • Orders $175 and up: free standard shipping

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item, destination, and order details.

When should I expect my order?

All of our products are made to order. Production times vary by item:

  • Most products: up to 7 business days
  • Travel bags, handbags, wallets, shoes, furniture, lamps, and certain dresses: up to 14 business days
  • Storage credenza cabinets: up to 25 to 30 business days

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

We do not mass produce or keep inventory of finished goods. During the holiday rush, processing and delivery times may be longer.

Because our products are made to order in the USA and through trusted manufacturing partners globally, delivery times may vary based on where your item is made and where it is being shipped. For items shipped within the US, transit is typically 5 to 7 business days. For items shipped from our global manufacturing partners, delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to an entry error are the responsibility of the customer.

Handbags and large items such as furniture and lamps cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or post office building addresses

A post office building address is not considered a valid street address for delivery, including when a P.O. Box is listed as a unit or apartment number.

Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout to avoid delays or order cancellation.

Returned packages

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, a refund will be issued for the merchandise cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivered packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the postal carrier. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries on select items. Delivery may take up to 30 days depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and order details.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or related charges that may apply in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and that you are aware of your country’s import policies before purchase.
  • Orders that are destroyed by customs, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable due to customs restrictions are not eligible for refunds.

International returned, refused, or undeliverable packages

If an international order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, customs refusal, unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, unavailable recipient, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, a refund will be issued for the merchandise cost only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, carrier return fees, or related charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from any eligible refund.

All orders are made to order. Depending on carrier delays and seasonal demand, delivery times may vary.

Expedited production is available only for plates, platters, and bowls. Please contact us before placing your order if you need help confirming delivery options.
