Love the pattern on this shade! Nice quality. The only downside is that the center ring is too big for my lamp, I was able to use tape to make the opening smaller.
The product is great, the shipping and packaging was not. One box came opened with parts missing. The shipping company did not follow the “fragile” labels on the boxes at all.

Unfortunately, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we do not have control over how it is handled in transit. Our items are packaged securely for shipping, and as you noted, the package was clearly marked “Fragile,” but unfortunately those markings do not always prevent rough handling by the carrier.
We have already responded to your message and asked for photos showing the contents remaining in the box that arrived open so we can verify exactly which parts are missing and send the correct replacements. We have not yet received those requested photos.
We absolutely want to replace the missing parts, but we need to see what remained in the opened package so we can determine precisely what needs to be sent. Please reply to our message with the requested photos and we will be happy to continue assisting you.
