We offer worldwide shipping on all items.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on select items within the Continental United States 

International Shipping is calculated based on several factors such as location and weight. 

When should I expect my order?

All of our products are made-to-order and processed within 7 business days. However, items like travel bags, handbags, wallets, shoes, furniture, lamps and certain dresses may require up to 14 business days for production. We do not mass produce or keep inventory of finished goods. During the holiday rush, processing and delivery times may be longer.

Because we work directly with fulfillment centers around the world, delivery times may vary based on location. For items shipped within the U.S., transit is typically 5-7 business days. For items shipped from overseas, delivery can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the location.

Shipping to International Countries

We offer international shipping to many countries. However, please note that as our products are manufactured in the USA, Canada, and Hong Kong, delivery can take up to 30 days.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Orders that are returned, destroyed by customs, or deemed undeliverable are not eligible for refunds.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that you are aware of your country’s import policies before purchase to avoid issues.
