The lamp shade arrived needing to be assembled, which was very simple. It is exactly what I hoped it would be and adds a touch of whimsy to our living room along with tying into our kitchen decor. It fits perfectly with the floor lamp we already have.
I had been looking for a number of weeks prior to Christmas for a plate to complete my dining room decor to no avail. One evening, I typed into the Google search bar Whimsical Christmas Plate and this image showed. I absolutely love the design of this plate. My only wish is that the plate be one inch wider in diameter and that the plate be china and not polymer. Other than this, the plate has definitely helped me attain the "look" I was going for. I love the design on this throw - it is a classical Asian design but with striking, humorous touches if you look carefully. And the silver silkiness is nice as long as you know, from the photo online, that it is not textured chenille or wool, but very satin-y. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the shade of the blue is not what I expected from a traditional design - it is more electric and bright.
